1. CANCER

Once in a month after your period or if still menstruating, self examine your breast with these steps;
1. Look at your breast in the mirror to check if there's any visual changes in shape and color of nipples( redness, swell, rashes) .
2. Raise your arms and use the opposite arm to examine your breast . It's advisable to touch your nipples to confirm any discharge.
3 lie on your back to repeat same procedures . If there's any negative effects, contact your doctor.
OTHER SYMPTOMS ARE;
✓ Thickness of swelling of the breast
✓ Irritation of dimpling of the breast
✓ Redness of the nipples
✓ Pains around the nipples.
2. UTERINE FIBROIDS
This is the most common uncancerous tumor in women of childbearing age.
Symptoms are;
✓Frequent urination
✓Heavy or painful period or bleeding between periods
✓Severe pains during sex
✓Lower back pains
✓Multiple miscarriages and early labor.
3. INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS
This is a chronic bladder condition resulting in constant discomfort or pain in the bladder or pelvic region. Interstital cystitis can affect anyone but more common in women.
Symptoms are ;
✓Frequent urination
✓Abdominal or pelvic mild discomfort
✓Tenderness ( A discomfort or pain when an affect area is been touched)
✓An urgent urge to urinate.
4. ENDOMETRIOSIS
This is a disease that affect women's uterus ( the place where the baby grows when a woman becomes pregnant). There is always a "tissue" that lines the uterus. When this tissue lines somewhere else aside the uterus, it results to " Endometriosis". This can result to heavy flow, infertility, abnormal pains
5 SEXUAL VIOLENCE 🙄
Don't ever joke with sexual violence if you are a victim . Sexual violence refers to sexual activity where consent is not obtained freely. If you are been abused sexually, it can result to leaving a trauma which can lead to depression.
Speak out when sexually abused!!
